1. Service Description

KIMates is a QR-based customer purchase tracking platform for businesses. Businesses subscribe, receive a unique QR code, and collect anonymized purchase records from customers.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service (e.g., submitting false purchase data, attempting to access other businesses' records, or abusing rate limits).

5. Termination
